440 CARBON STAINLESS STEEL

440 Carbon stainless steel is extremely high-grade. It offers a good balance of corrosion resistance, durability, ease of sharpening, and overall ease of use. It’s easier to maintain and less prone to staining or rusting, especially in humid or wet environments. We’ve been using 440 Carbon stainless steel for over a decade for our entire knife line and it has proved to be one of the best raw materials on earth.
