iPad is a great tool for on-the-go creation and study. However, on the market, the light tools for iPad don’t provide enough viewing height, while the ones that provide are heavy.

So we employed our classical origami-inspired design for a solution to empower iPad users to work, create anywhere. Introducing a new portable stand and folio—Dynamic Folio.

MOFT (Mobile Office for Travelers) was founded six years ago by several friends who always found themselves working and creating on the road. Today, carrying an ergonomic tool for the iPad often means adding extra weight or taking up more space. So, we set out to create something better for the iPad too—a stand and folio.

The tricky part is also where the fun is during the design process, as we needed to maintain the balance between its portability and elevation. Through the origami-inspired exploration and strict product tests, we managed to bring a floating creativity station that is unseen, unfelt, unnoticed to life.
